How to enable Admin Share in Windows 8.1?

1. Goto Win key + R --> type regedit.
2. Then goto following path
          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Add to the Registry subkey
DWORD (32-bit) Value LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy with the value of 1.
